Our family business has been a local industry leader since 1952, when Wade Fulmer started a Pioneer seed business in Medaryville, IN. Gene Timm opened the Timm Services crop insurance agency in 1987, and Mike McKay came on board in 2007 after eleven years as a high school teacher and coach. In 2024, Mike and Valerie acquired the insurance business and rebranded as Precision Crop Insurance.
